Crestview welcomes children from Toddler Playgroup to Grade 5. We teach in English, in small classes, joining international standards with Thai language and culture. The best way to know us is to visit on a normal school day.

Return the Student Application Form with the documents on the checklist and pay the THB 2,000 application fee. You may also reserve a seat.

Choose an assessment date
Within a few days we check your documents and offer you two assessment dates.
Registrar - 4
Assessment day
Your child is assessed, you meet our Registrar and School Clinic, and our photographer takes photos for ID cards.
Admissions team - 5
Decision
You receive the result within 3 to 7 days: accepted, accepted with support, waiting list, or not accepted at this time.
Principal - 6
Accept and enroll
Within 7 working days, pay the fees and sign the enrollment forms. We then set up ALMA, ID cards and insurance.

Which grade will my child join?
We place children by age. Your child must reach the minimum age for the grade by August 31 of the year of entry.

UK = England and Wales. *Australia's first school year has different names by state (Kindergarten, Prep, Reception, Pre-primary or Transition). Grade 2 to 5 applicants also need school records showing the previous grade was completed.

Seat reservation: THB 30,000 (optional). Credited toward the initial fees when your child enrolls. Refunded in full if you decide not to enroll or no place is offered.

Paying, refunds and withdrawal
- Paying Cash at the cashier, bank transfer or QR payment. Card payments carry a 3% surcharge. Fees are overdue 7 days after the due date: THB 200 per day, up to 10,000.
- Tuition refunds 100% if requested at least 5 days before the semester; 60% in days 1 to 15; 50% in days 16 to 30; none after 30 days.
- Holiday programs 100% at 20 or more days before; 70% at 11 to 19 days; none at 10 days or fewer.
- Deposit refund In full after Grade 5, or after one full year with one semester's written notice; 50% after one semester with notice.
Fees follow the Tuition, Fees, Withdrawal and Refund Policy (AD-002) and are approved each year under the Thai Ministry of Education.
What to expect on assessment day
- อนุบาล: a relaxed, play-based session with our preschool team.
- Grades 1 to 5: a test in English, Mathematics, Science, Thai and Chinese, plus listening and speaking. The pass mark is 75% in each area.
- Parent interview: our Registrar completes the "Get to Know Me Better" profile with you, and the School Clinic records health information.
- ภาพถ่าย: professional photos of your child, both parents and anyone who will collect your child, for ID cards.
After you accept a place
- Your child receives a Crestview student ID number and a student email.
- You receive your ALMA parent app login and a short orientation.
- ID cards are printed for your child, both parents and every authorized pickup person.
- Your child is registered with the government education system (DMC) and covered by the school's accident insurance.
Questions parents ask us
Does my child need to speak English already?
No. Many young students start with little or no English. Older children who need it receive English support.
Can my child join in the middle of the year?
Preschool: yes, while seats are available. Elementary: in Semester 2 with a Semester 1 grade from the previous school, or with catch-up classes (THB 10,000 per core subject, 7,000 per other subject). We do not offer trial days.
What is included in the semester fee?
Accident insurance, meals and snacks, textbooks and learning materials, and activities.
How do you support children with learning needs?
Our Learning Support team builds an Individual Education Plan with you. Please tell us about any needs when you apply.
Are siblings given priority?
Yes. Siblings are prioritized on the waiting list, and sibling discounts apply.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Through ALMA, our parent app: daily diary, attendance, messages to teachers and reports. Parent-teacher conferences are held each semester.
Who can pick up my child?
Only people you authorize in writing, who carry a Crestview ID card with their photo. Every visitor is checked at the gate.
Does Crestview teach Thai?
Yes. Thai Language, Culture and History follow the Thai Basic Education Curriculum, together with Mandarin Chinese.
What are the school hours?
Arrive by 7:50 AM. Preschool closing circle ends at 2:40 PM; Elementary homeroom ends at 3:00 PM.
What happens after Grade 5?
Graduates move on to Grade 6 (Year 7 UK / Prathom 6). We provide full records and help with the transfer.
